2005; Concert performance by SPUNK with video by Håkon Kornstad
SPUNK found an instruction book from the late sixties with the mighty title ‘Jazzgym’. We decided to do the lessons and have them videofilmed wearing old gym costumes in bad light in a worn out gymnastics hall. Håkon Kornstad filmed this, and we are using this film live to improvise along to with music touching the school of gymnastic jazz music. For SPUNK’s 10 years anniversary, we had four famous Norwegian jazz saxophone players perform to this video.
